I appreciate the opportunity to attend open office hours, both as a client and a VA/platform specialist. No question is insignificant and is often refreshing to my own thought process. I learn how other people are using the system, which is often similar to what I am doing, could be struggling with a similar issue in building out my funnel, form, or workflow. There have been many recent upgrades to the cs system and I may have missed a video or process on the community page that is often explained in terms that I understand. I also don't find that there is any judgment or competition in the open office hours. There is such mutual respect for each person who is asking a question, and other cs members are often helpful in their comments of what has worked for them. Noodling happens! No need to reinvent the wheel or process on my own. I am impressed by the expertise of the team. If a question raises that is not able to be answered, support is contacted and a solution is forthcoming in a timely manner. I often do not actually have questions but I gain so much knowledge in that valued hour, I hate to miss it. The AHHH HAA! light bulb moments happen often. Hope to see you there!

Oh, my God I'm so excited when I look at it, I'm like on number four [of Gold level] for right now. After really watching the other ones, over and over again taking detailed notes, and then I see I'm seeing repetition so I'm saying okay, I see how in the ones before we did this, this, this, and then references. I can see how, wow, it's really not a million things I'm learning, it's a few things and then just knowing how to put them together. You know, by the time I write notes and like play with it and do the little things I'm like “Okay, this is now making sense”. I am having so much fun in the class I stayed up till like 1:30 pm in the morning yesterday good. I'm like I just want to get home and finish it's just like it's coming together I'm taking notes.
The explanations/examples were real and to the point - The documentation - The length of the videos are "bite-size" and easy to dive into and gain value. The documentation for each lesson is awesome! They are great tools for quick reference when we will be building and using features in the future. This is a truly great program to learn the software and all its capable of
